Throughout his career he has managed all aspects of the procurement process, demonstrating expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, stakeholder management, negotiation, probity, and post-award contract management. Heath holds an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Procurement and a Diploma in Contract Management. His extensive professional background, along with a decade of leading a successful consulting business alongside Ryan Jackson at Procurement Co, has set the stage for his role as Co-founder and Managing Director of Procurement Institute.

Patrick is a qualified trainer and assessor, as well as a procurement consultant at Procurement Co. His expertise includes course coordination, training development, compliance, and assessment quality control. Patrick holds a Diploma in Project Management, a Diploma in Procurement and Contracting, and a Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting. Patrick's consulting experience and prior training makes him a great people person as well as trainer and assessor.

Jaymee has over ten years' experience working in procurement in both the public and private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Law and an Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Contracting. Currently, she serves as a Senior Manager at Procurement Co. As Acting Manager of the Procurement Institute, Jaymee oversees the day-to-day compliance and operations of the business, ensuring that high-quality training products and services are delivered to students and organisations at all times.

Francesca is a professional Administrator with over 10 years' experience across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma of Applied Languages. As the RTO Administrator for Procurement Institute, Francesca manages the day-to-day enquiries and bookings for the business, serving as the primary point of contact for all student and course-related enquiries.

Sarah Jeffrey is a Marketing Communications professional with over eight years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master’s in Communications, and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing Transformation. As the Marketing Manager of Procurement Institute, Sarah oversees the day-to-day marketing operations of the business.
